The Yamuna Expressway is a 165 km, 6-lane access-controlled expressway connecting Greater Noida to Agra in Uttar Pradesh. Inaugurated in August 2012, it is one of India’s oldest and most successful expressways, with a track record of high traffic volumes and strong real estate appreciation along its corridor.
The expressway is operated by JPMorgan-backed Jaypee Infratech and has spawned significant industrial and residential development in Mathura, Aligarh, Hathras, and Agra districts.
