Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) is India’s largest greenfield smart city and industrial zone, covering 920 sq km in Gujarat’s Ahmedabad district. It is a DMIC anchor node and India’s first greenfield smart city, designed with trunk infrastructure, smart utilities, and world-class industrial parks. The Dholera International Airport is under construction and the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway passes within 40 km.

Phase 1 of 22.5 sq km infrastructure development is complete with roads, drains, utilities, and street lighting. 88 industrial plots were allotted in Q1 FY26 to companies in semiconductor, renewable energy, and defence sectors.
